Cains Brewery to The Baltic Market

Independent Liverpool and the owner of Meet Frank are set to take over the old Cains Brewery in the Baltic Triangle and fill it with lots of food and a cinema!

The idea of the takeover is to make it a permanent food festival indoors – like the food and drink festival Independent Liverpool run once a year.

There will be up to 10 independent restaurants involved at a time and there will also be a special cocktail bar that will serve local craft beers as well.

Every week there will be DJs, live bands and other events so it won’t just be food and drink you’ll find there.

The hall is set to be open by the end of June, just in time for summer. It’ll be open Thursday to Sunday every week and will host some of Liverpool’s independent bars and restaurants.

The Baltic Triangle was also voted one of the coolest places to visit in the UK by the Sunday Times, so they really have picked a great place for their food hall!
